Returns & Exchanges Policy

Refunds & Exchanges
Refunds: Items may be returned for a refund within 7 days of receipt. Refunds will be issued only in the original form of payment and exclude shipping fees unless an error was made with your order.
Exchanges: Items may be exchanged for a different size or product within 15 days of receipt, subject to availability. Please note, by the time your exchange is processed, the requested item may be sold out. Customers are responsible for inbound shipping costs.
For both refunds and exchanges, the product must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Please contact us at support@parslex.com to initiate your return or exchange and for further instructions.
Important Details:
Timeframe: The 7-day and 15-day periods begin once the package is marked as delivered, according to the tracking number.
Final Sale Items: Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.
Non-Refundable Items: Certain rare or high-demand items, as indicated in their product descriptions, are not eligible for returns or refunds but may be eligible for store credit.
Shipping: Outbound shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, inbound shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure we receive your return.
Size Guides: We encourage customers to review the provided size guides to ensure the best fit and avoid issues.
Lost or Missing Items: If your tracking number indicates your package has been lost before delivery, we will issue a refund. However, once a package is marked as delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please contact the courier for further investigation.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement.
Restrictions:
Multiple Returns: Repeated returns on the same item or multiple exchanges under the same order will not be accepted and may be considered fraudulent.
Order Adjustments: Once your order has been shipped, we cannot make any changes or reroute the package. Please contact the courier directly with your tracking number to request changes.
