At PARSLEX, every product is made to order with care and attention to detail. While we’re a growing brand, our current return policy reflects the nature of custom-made items. However, our ultimate goal is to create a seamless and satisfying shopping experience for every customer—and as we expand, so will our return options.

Order Issues
We accept returns or refunds only in the case of:
• Damaged items
• Misprinted or defective items
• Items lost in transit
If your order arrives with any of the above issues, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item at support@parslex.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Custom-Made Products
Because all products are made specifically for you, we currently do not accept returns or refunds for:
• Incorrect size or color selection
• Change of mind
• Minor color/design variations due to screen settings
Please refer to the product descriptions and size charts before ordering.

Address Errors
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping fees may apply.

Unclaimed Shipments
For unclaimed packages returned to us, customers are responsible for additional shipping costs.

No Exchanges (for Now)
At this stage, we do not offer exchanges. But as we grow, we plan to introduce more flexible policies similar to those of larger brands.

Order Adjustments
Once your order has been shipped, we cannot make any changes or reroute the package. Please contact the courier directly with your tracking number to request changes.

Final Sale Items
Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Non-Refundable Items
Certain rare or high-demand items, as indicated in their product descriptions, are not eligible for returns or refunds but may be eligible for store credit.
