Grab a T-shirt that fits you well, lay it flat, and measure with a tape.

(L) Length: Measure from the top of the shoulder (beside the collar) to the bottom hem.

(W) Width: Measure across the chest from one armpit seam to the other.

(S) Sleeve Length: Measure from the top of the shoulder to the end of the sleeve.
